- We'll liaise with your current lettings agent to obtain all documents and keys relating to the property and tenancy
- Collect the keys on your behalf
- Meet up with your tenants to introduce ourselves
- Arrange a seamless transition of rent payments between your old lettings agent, tenant and us
- Inspect the property and provide you with a detailed report of its condition, recommending any maintenance actions required
