Rob brings over 10 years' experience in residential sales, lettings and property management to PropertyONE, as well as a fresh approach which has been informed from his time working for other estate agents and lettings agencies and his years of dealing with landlords and tenants. Rob began his career in Nottingham, where he dealt with private residential lettings, student apartments and houses of multiple occupation. More recently he has developed his career at The Carrington Partnership, based here in Stockport, where he became Lettings Manager and gained his Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management through Propertymark. More recently, and reacting to customer demand Rob has expanded into offering on-market and off-market sales for landlords and investors, as well as homeowners seeking an estate agent with knowledge, experience and service they can trust. He has been a member of Propertymark for over five years.

Rob Trollope is a dedicated, specialist estate agent and lettings manager and realises the importance of sourcing high quality buyers and in the case of lettings, tenants who will care for and maintain your property as if it where their own. He has a simple philosophy that regular, transparent communication with both buyers and sellers and tenants and landlords goes a long way to ensuring that everyone enjoys a positive experience from the sales or lettings process.

Rob takes great pride in managing his client’s properties and is committed to providing the very highest levels of service, honesty and integrity. It's with this approach that he aims on growing PropertyONE through great word of mouth and to develop long term relationships with all our clients.

Jack is our Finance Director and a Chartered Accountant and is responsible for the overall financial management of PropertyONE, as well as strategic and operational decisions. He enjoys challenging environments and constant change, and is entrepreneurial, ambitious and hard-working.

Jack's key responsibilities include the creation and monitoring of financial strategy and wider business strategy, development of our 5 year forecast and business model, including performance reporting, cashflow management and forecasting, review of month end and creation of general policies, procedures and controls, and managing banking, audit and advisor relationships.

Jack is also responsible for the management of our technical relationships with partners, including Alto and Rightmove.

With over 20 years’ experience within marketing and digital marketing gained on both the client and agency side, Tony brings a wide range of marketing skills and expertise to the team, including marketing strategy and planning, web design, copywriting, content marketing and digital marketing.

As well as handling all of the communications and marketing activities for PropertyONE, Tony brings experience and insight into how we market properties for our sellers and landlords, offering a fresh approach to property marketing. He's also a pragmatist, and is results driven, starting every marketing campaign with a clear set of objectives and ways of measuring results.

Harriet assists Rob and the wider management team and ensures that the PropertyONE office runs smoothly, with all back-end administrative tasks actioned quickly and efficiently. Harriet will often monitor the phone lines in addition to her usual office management duties, when appointments are taking place.

Nicole supports our Sales, Lettings and Property Management team, and is adept at advancing sales and lettings processes helping to ensure a smooth property transaction process. Nicole will often be your first point of contact and understands what it takes to deliver high quality customer service.
